Profile

Mukhaye is the Communications, Public Relations and Branding Officer at the Africa Climate Collaborative. She is a journalist and strategic communication professional with nearly nine years of experience in media and corporate communication. She has extensive journalism experience, specializing in education and parliamentary reporting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication and a master’s degree in Strategic and Corporate Communication, from Makerere University.

Before joining the Africa Climate Collaborative, she served as a Senior Journalist at Daily Monitor and as a Publishing Officer at the Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC). She has also worked with several organisations on a contractual basis as a part-time Communications Officer and Media Relations Officer.

At the Africa Climate Collaborative, she coordinates communication, branding, and public relations, overseeing content development, media engagement, events, partnerships, and programme visibility.
